Delightful Sketches and Pink Elephant Challenges

Hi all.....

I have been working on some cards today.......
I wanted to play with this Instyle Stamps Digi "Jade" that I received and boy am I happy with the results.
I first used the sketch over on Delightful Sketches. That was a great sketch and very useful....

Then I used my Prisma Colors on Jade.....so I also incorporated the challenge over at The Pink Elephant challenges....their challenge is to use your favorite medium. Right now that is my Prisma Colors......


This is a closer view of Jade.....I used Liquid Glass from Close to My Heart on her eyes and I really love the way that turned out.....

Crafting Life's Pieces Challenge

Hi all....

I hope you all are enjoying your week end thus far....

I personally have had better....My Uncle who has always been like a father to me, fell and broke his hip before Thanksgiving. They did surgery on that and he has just went down hill from there. He has alot of other things going wrong with him. They moved him to a hospice center today....Please keep him in your prayers....

Anyway on to another note....

I managed to get a card made for the Crafting Life's Pieces sketch challenge.....

I used one of the cute little hedgehog images that I have...Hot pink and black, what a great combination....

Victoria Case & Sketch Saturday Combined

I made this card using one of her images called "Sharing berries". Well, I made the grape berries...lol.....

New Release and Guest Designer

Hi all,

Just wanted to let you know that I was asked to be a guest designer for the month of December for Victoria Case Art Designs. I found Victoria's shop on Etsy a few months back and quickly became a huge fan....so you can imagine what an honor it is for me to be a guest designer....

This card was made using one of her new digi stamps called "Happy Girl" you can get your own little Happy girl digi stamp here. Isn't she so cute....

Take a look around Victoria's site...there are alot of awfully cute stamps and digi stamps in there.

Instyle Sketch Challenge

Hi everyone....Today I have a card to show you that I made for the Instyle's Sketch challenge. I used this cute little Kimi the angel digi stamp.

I thought the shimmery silver paper helped bring out the sparkle on the stamp and the sparkle in the ribbon....

Sewn Together Challenge #15

Hi everyone....

Hope you all had an awesome turkey day.....are you ready to work out your fingers by making some cards?

Great! I have the next challenge over at Sewn Together....this week it is to make an accordion card....that is not as hard as it seems.....their are instructions on Splitcoast Stampers you can find them here..... Why not give it a whirl???? It really was easier than I thought too.

Here is my example of an accordion card, I used Splitcoast Stampers instructions too ;0)
