Flyin' by with a Birthday Hi.....

Hi everyone....it has been one hectic week...I haven't had a chance to post on the blog....whew....glad this week is over....I was able to create a card today and incorporate 3 challenges with it....

First challenge is a sketch challenge from the Delightful Sketches blogspot. I turned the sketch on its side. I also used one of their images Ridley the Raccoon. You can see more of Ridley here...http://digitaldelightsshop.blogspot.com/'

The next challenge that I incorporated was from ABC Challenge Blog. They are on F, which the challenge was "Flying". http://abc-challenge.blogspot.com/

And I was able to incorporate a third challenge with this card. On the Digital Tuesday blog they also wanted "Things with wings". Well Ridley's airplane has wings, so it works for that one too.... http://digitaltuesdaychallenge.blogspot.com/

Hopefully I can get a bunch more done tomorrow....

2 Challenges in one card...

Hi all,

I was able to finish another challenge today...this one incorporates two different challenges.

The first challenge was a sketch challenge over at Sketch Saturday blog http://sketchsaturday.blogspot.com/ Here is a copy of the sketch:

The second challenge was over at Stamp Something blog spot. http://stampchallenges.blogspot.com/ The challenge over there was to use brown as your main color and a splash of another color. I was so surprised at myself to use mainly brown on a Christmas Card!

I used this adorable mouse from Digital Delights as my main image . http://digitaldelightsbyloubyloo.blogspot.com/ Then just started adding things..

VC Stamp Challenge #20 Challenge

Hi all,

Working on different challenges this week end....I love working with black and white, so when I saw this challenge at VC Stamp challenges http://www.vcstampchallenges.blogspot.com/ , I knew I had to participate.

The challenge is to use black and white with a splash of another color....I probably did more than a splash, but I added some blue to the mix.... Here is my card:

New Challenges Completed...

Last night I was able to work on a couple of challenges...I was able to combine two challenges for this card.

The challenge was to create a Christmas card for a child....

I was asked to make a card by someone I work with, she sponsors a little girl in Guatemala, this is the card I came up with....I thought it would be perfect for both of these challenges....

Victoria Case Challenge #19

Hi all,

This week I couldn't help but participate in Victoria Case's sketch challenge http://www.vcstampchallenges.blogspot.com/ .

It's an awesome sketch and very easy to use....

I chose to use Willy....and what is a card with out some sparkle and bling..... I used various colors of muted greens in the designer paper (color blocked), then added some ribbon and bling. Pretty simple, but I think it turned out pretty.

Sunshine and Flowers

Hi all,

I just thought that I would throw in a new necklace creation that I just finished up....I have had these flowers for about a month now and just decided to pull them out and see what I could do with them. Then I found these pretty little golden yellow beads that matched the flowers perfectly....Then it all started to come together....

It was a fun one to make....
