VC Stamp Challenge #14 Challenge

Happy Monday everyone....

I have been working on this card (off and on) all week end....this card is for the Victoria Case stamps challenge over at http://www.vcstampchallenges.blogspot.com/

The challenge this week is to create a card using brown and blue....First of all, I have to say this is one of my favorite color combinations. I really like this color combo. It seems to just look classy when finished....I chose to use Victoria Case Digi stamp Kitty Secrets....so adorable....

added some lace, shimmery ribbon, some Stickles and a flower and there you go....

Ooh-la-la Creations Challenge #35

The challenge over at Ooh-la-la Creations http://ooh-la-la-creationschallenges.blogspot.com/ is "Sparkly...black and white Christmas"..... This challenge made me think of this cute little digi image of a penguin that I had..... The Penguin is from http://lily-boosboutique.blogspot.com/ I stumbled on this website a couple of weeks ago and really loved the penguins... I thought they would be a perfect edition to the black and white sparkly theme for the challenge....What do you think?

Daring Cardmakers and Ooh-la-la Challenges

This week end has been full of challenges. I combined this card with two challenges.

The first challenge is at Daring Cardmakers... http://daringcardmakers.blogspot.com/

The challenge was to make an Anniversary card. I never seem to make very many anniversary cards.

The second challenge was at Ohh-la-la-Creations Challenge.... http://ooh-la-la-creationschallenges.blogspot.com/ The challenge was a Recipe challenge to use 3 buttons, 2 ribbons, 1 charm on your card.

Here is my attempt to combine these two challenges. I used a digi image from McMahon 5 Designs. I love this grape image...and it works with your Spellbinders Nestabilities, isn't that great? http://mcmahonfivedesign.com/ I added a close up of the grapes and leaves so you can see that I added some Liquid Glass from Close to my Heart. I thought that gave it a nice look....

Newest Listings on Etsy...

This first listing is a card I uploaded to My Etsy card shop. I used Close to My Heart "Joy Forever" flower stamp to create this back ground, added stickles and some ink to the centers. Added some pretty gold ribbon and I think it came out pretty elegant looking. You can find the card listing here....

Just thought I would do a quick post and show you a card I made for a Co-worker to give her husband for his birthday....She really liked it and I hope you do to....This one is for the Nascar fans....

I used a Jolee's sticker for the car....boy it sure is hard to find race car stuff when you want to....I had the same problem with motorcycles....Paper is form Scrappin' Sports and More http://www.scrappinsports.com/

The challenge this week is a color challenge. The colors...light green, black and white. I wasn't too sure about the combination but quickly fell in love with the colors together....but then again, doesn't black go with everything....I think it was the green that threw me off.....but it worked in the end....Here is my card for the challenge.... plus a closer look at all the Stickles...just gotta love Stickles....

Buttons and Bows Oh My!

Pollycrafts challenge this week was to use buttons and bows on your card....I had to make a card for a friend and decided to do a travel theme on the card. VC Stamp Challenge #11 Challenge

Hi Everyone....Victoria's challenge this week is a sketch challenge....I chose the digi stamp called Lap Dog....this puppy reminds me of a dog we had growing up.....her name was Silky. You could dress her up, carry her like a baby....we often had her in our doll strollers all dressed up in baby clothes....she didn't care or mind at all.....she loved getting bathed and brushed....she was such a good dog.....

HI Everyone...this card creation is for the Victoria Case Challenge. It is a color challenge this week.
