Dutch Dare Challenge #33

Over at Dutch Dare Card challenge, they challenged everyone to make a Thank you Card. I decide to make this cute little pocket Thank you card. You can add a little gift and maybe a gift card inside.

Altered Recipe Box

Hi everyone, Just thought that I would share an altered recipe box that I made for my sister in law. I gave this to her with a bunch of recipes written up and added some blank recipe cards so she can add her own recipes to it. I love how it turned out....

Monkeying Around in Recipies

Here is my challenge for Stamp Something....they wanted to see something that reminds you of recipies.....I got out my Banana Bread recipe and what else goes better with bananas than Monkies......Here you go....

Mothers & Daughters sketch challenge

Here is my card for the Mothers and Daughters challenge....They really made it rough this week....

"This weeks challenge is a limited supply challenge! For each card you may: Not use Nestabilities or Cuttlebug. Can use one patterned paper, cardstock, one embellishment, and two stamps, one of which must be a sentiment."

No Nesties, No Cuttlebug....whew...that was tough...Here is what I came up with....

Dutch Dare Card Challenge

Here is my Dutch Dare Challenge...The challenge was to use Mosaic on your card. I chose Close to My Heart paper More to Adore, Blush and Chocolate Cardstock. Added some Fruit Punch Stickles to the butterfly and to the part near the words for added bling. (I just love fruit punch Stickles, it is one of my favs) Added a little extra ink for a grunge effect....Here is what you get.....

Queen & Co New Cha Release......

How cute are the new buckets???? They are adorable and the colors...well no surprize there....they are terrific. Love the new bright colors....You will have to go and check it out on their blog....

3 Challenges in one

This week I incorporated 3 challenges into one card. First I used different shades of blue for this cute little elephant card. Lil' Peanut.....The shades of blue challenge was over at Our Creative Corner. Then I also used my Cuttlebug and embossed the polka dots on the blue cardstock...Over at High Hopes the challenge was to do some dry embossing....Then last but not least the sketch. The sketch challenge I used was on Friday Sketchers. I hope you enjoy the card....I Love Lil' Peanut....isn't he the cutest....

High Hopes Challenge

I was able to get another challenge done. I used this cute Lil Peanut elephant stamp from our Craft Lounge. He is just adorable. On the inside it says "Hope your Birthday doesn't blow". I tore the paper on the bottom of the front of the card. I hope you think he is as cute as I do. Enjoy....

One Stop Craft Challenge posted a sketch for challenge number 10 this week....I love how this card came out. Of course I love the turquoise and green against black. Very elegant and delicate with the lace. Thanks for looking. Hope you like it.....

Over at Pink Cat Studios they have a contest for Lily the Fairy. Isn't she pretty? This is such a cute stamp with lots of potential.

Well, it's a new year. Thanks for your patience as I took December off to enjoy the holidays with my family. Now it's back to the challenges and the fun of creating.
