Another week's gone by...It has been a bit busy, so I pretty much had to wait until the week end to participate in any challenges. I managed to get a few done, plus a 9x9 acordion wedding album done for a friend of mine...
Anyway, on to the challenge...Here is my card for the Mothers & Daughters Sketch Challenge....I got to use my CTMH Snow Friends stamp set again. These guys are so cute...I also stamped snowflakes on the white ribbon. This is a technique I like to do.

I decided to use my Cuttlebug Tinkerbell die cut/emboss template to complete this sketch. I added a little flower bling in the corner and finished it off with stickles to outline Tink. Hope you like Tink....
I thought I would try out the sketch over on Beates Fresh and Fun....I went with the cupcakes and pink and yellow polk a dots....I love using polka dots....I hope you like what I came up with......
Hi everyone....I think this card turned out so pretty. It is using the new Close to My Heart September Stamp of the Month~Treasure Life. I could not wait until I received mine. It is such a pretty stamp set. I used the sketch for the challenge but oops...I forgot to use a cupcake. Here is the sketch:
Close To My Heart has produced an online craft show called "Art and Soul". It will begin airing on Tuesday, September 16th on CTMH TV which is available now at www.creationsbyjulie.myctmh.com. Episodes will be added every other week and will feature fresh tips and techniques, current product, and limited-time offers and specials for viewers. The episodes will be 15-20 minutes long and show a project from start to finish.
This weeks challenge on ABC is I~ for Individual. It is also a Design Team call. I made this card a couple weeks ago, but it is one of my favorites. I love the colors and the softness of the whole thing...Hope you like it too.
Cute Card Thursday's challenge is to use "Cats or Dogs". I had to use the Chihuahua stamp in honor of my baby boy Scamper... Here he is...Wide eyed and cute as always....

This weeks challenge was a sketch challenge...I needed to make a card for a co worker, so I decided to use this sketch to get it done...It has a cowboy theme. Stamps are Close to my Heart "Out West". Paper is S.E.I. decorator series. It turned out cute, I thought anyway..
Here is another challenge I managed to get done, it is for the ABC Challenge which this week is H~ for holidays....This is another snowman one....have you figured out that I like snowmen??? I did some clear embossing on the background paper, the middle lighter blue paper is a faux homemade paper. Really easy to do and turned out really pretty...
This one is just a rubon that I purchased at Michaels...Hope you like it....

Here is my take on the sketch challenge on 2 sketches 4 you. I used Sonota paper from Close to my Heart, Joy forever stamp set and Gracious Greetings stamp set also Close to My Heart, some blue sparkles, a blue spiral clip, light blue ribbon, stickles, chalk and some clear embossing.

Here is a card I made for someone I work with, her mother....Hope you like it...It's a lot a blue and I used a new punch I bought from Paper Wishes...love that catalog. There are so many things in there and lots of ideas too.

Isn't this lucky ducky card so cute....I clear embossed Congratulations on the yellow cardstock. Lined the yellow cardstock with "you lucky duck", then added the little ducky. I colored him in with watercolor pencils. I thought it turned out really cute....
This card I made for 2 challenges. One is a sketch challenge at My Time, My Creation, My Stampendous, the other is a black challenge on This Thursday it's all about. I used a black based floral patterned paper, black and white cardstock. I pierced holes in the black cardstock, stamped wish in daisy white ink and embossed. stamped some black flowers with stazon ink, added some black ribbon and this is what I came up with....hope you like it.....
Papertake weekly is having a sketch challenge and here is my take on their sketch. I used my cupcake stamps, used some pretty pinkish colored polka dot and striped paper, on white to match the frosting....Hope you enjoy my "Happy Birthday Cupcake" card.

I made these altered mini composition books. They would be perfect for taking notes on homework, easily fits in a backpack, purse, they would be great to put in your purse to jot down notes, card ideas, layout ideas and such... These are so cute...
To make these I just covered it with patterned paper, added ribbon and a word sentiment. Very easy...
I thought this patterned paper was very pretty and kind of on the vintage side when I bought it. It worked perfectly with the navy blue cardstock. I embossed the navy blue cardstock with clear embossing ink, using Close to my hearts "Spots on Background", added 7 buttons. Stamped on the white ribbon, added stickles....Here is the final project....Let me know what you think...
