A little birdie told me....

HI all,

Here is another card that I made for a friend of mine. She retired just over a year ago and moved out of state. I sent her this card and a few stamped images of stamps that I bought. We do that every so often. I thought that might brighten her day....

For this card, I used all kinds of things on that stamped image. It was fun and a very creative outlet for me....I was amazed at how pretty that card was....

I used Taffy Smooch (love this stuff, can't wait to get more colors), Folk Craft Extreme Glitter acrylic paint (first time for this, I used this on the circle part), it turned out nice, Brush pens for hte bird and leaves, Distressed ink in aged mahogany and victorian velvet on the outside where the words are. Isn't it pretty? One of my favorites in along time....

Tsukineko Sheer Shimmer Spritz

Hi all,

Try to say that 10 time really fast...kind of like "rubber baby buggie bumpers" ....

I used the spritz for the first time. I bought it a few months ago with a coupon at Hobby Lobby and decided "Finally" to use it. I was making a wedding card for a friend of mine and had punched out some Martha Stewart butterflies. I was just going to use Stickles on it, but then I spotted it. I thought, Hmmm, I should try that on the butterflies.....

Wow, what a difference it made....I am so please with the way this card turned out for my friend. I tried to capture the shimmer on the butterflies in the second picture. Let me know if you have tried this product?

So pretty....I am so pleased how this card came out.....hope you enjoy it to...

Wanted to share

HI all,

I just wanted to share a card I made a couple of months ago for a friend of mine. Just to say hello....I really like how it turned out and wanted to finally share the card....

I think it turned out soooo pretty. It was even prettier in person. Pictures rarely do them justice.
